ASG Group Secures Additional Investment from its Shareholders, Paving the Way for Future Growth

Ambitious aerospace manufacturing supplier ASG Group, has announced a significant milestone in its strategic evolution with the latest capital injection from Illinois-based alternative investment manager Magnetar, providing a strong financial foundation for the Company's future endeavours.

This transaction marks a pivotal moment for ASG Group, enabling the centralisation of group services and capabilities under the newly branded 'ASG Aerospace' division. This reorganisation is designed to streamline operations and position the company to secure strategic long-term agreements (LTAs) with major aerospace OEMs which have now resulted in the firm achieving record order growth.
