Mental Health & Wellbeing

At ASG Group we are dedicated to ensuring that mental health and mental wellbeing is taken seriously and on par with physical wellbeing. We have a number of Mental Health First Aiders across our Group locations and encourage our management teams to discuss openly with all employees no matter what the subject matter may be.

We spend a third of our waking lives at work and are therefore actively committed to engaging with our workforces, reviewing absenteeism data, gaining daily insights into staff morale and ultimately aim at improving employee health and wellbeing.
