ASG Group mission to attract more women into manufacturing

ASG Group, a Manchester based collection of leading aerospace companies in the with more than 150 machine tools across its seven sites is proud to embrace the values of International Women's Day, which is celebrated on March 8th every year. The company recognises the importance of promoting gender equality and women's empowerment in the workplace and beyond.

As part of its commitment to gender diversity and inclusivity, ASG Group has implemented various policies and initiatives that support the advancement of women in the aerospace industry; including encouraging and supporting women to pursue careers in aerospace through mentoring, training, and networking opportunities, ensuring gender balance in recruitment, selection, and promotion processes, and eliminating gender bias and discrimination and offering flexible working arrangements to enable women to balance work and family responsibilities.
